When will I get my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 24hrs of receiving your item. Please allow 3-5 working days for it to show up on your bank account. If you have been waiting more than 10 days for your refund, please contact customer services. You’ll need your invoice number to hand.
If you think you have received the wrong refund amount, please check the invoice for any discounts they may have been applied. If this is not the case, contact up through customer services.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method held on our payment processors secure system. We are only able to advise the last 4 digits of the card your refund has been issued to.
