What products can't be returned?

Any custom made to measure items will not be eligible for a refund as the fabric will be cut according to your measurements. Please ensure you have the correct measurements to hand before requesting a made to measure piece to avoid disappointments. Where a sample has been provided prior to supplying you a fabric direct from one of our approved suppliers, we are unable to accept a return of these fabrics and you will be asked to 'check' a disclaimer before proceeding with your purchase.
