Why is there an item missing from my order?

If you're missing an item from your order this may be due to the item being damaged when prepared for shipping. 

We will usually notifiy you prior to shipping your order of any queries, however as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and if we are unable to contact you, we will ship immediately the items that are in stock and add a note on your 'Delivery Note' requesting you to contact us and the reason for any missing items.
