How do I change/cancel an order?

The easiest way to amend or cancel your order is by contacting customer service.

You may be able to cancel items from your order by signing in to your online account or viewing the order details from your 'Confirmation Order' email. The option will appear under 'Change my Order' if it's still available. If not, it will be delivered as scheduled and any unwanted items can be returned unless 'Made to Measure'.
