How do I return an item/order?
Customers are required to arrange their own return should they not require their item anymore. However, if you’ve received the wrong item or cut, your postage costs will also be reimbursed. The most popular serviced used by our customers are usually Royal Mail or EvRi. Please keep your proof of postage should your item be lost or stolen in transit. This will enable our Customer Services team to locate and assist in the event of lost or delayed returns.
