Can I return an item/order I've received?

Our standard RETURNS policy is 28 days from purchase and sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. These include orders placed in the UK, Europe, and Rest of the World.

This is subject to the item being in an unused, original packaging, accompanied by the proof of purchase to get a full refund. You should aim to receive your refund to your original payment method, usually within 3-5 working days.
