UK Delivery Policy
These are the different delivery options available for a delivery in the UK.
Returns can be made by shipping the items back to one of our fabric warehouses. To ship orders to our customers as efficiently as possible, your items may have been sent from multiple locations. Not all item(s) ship from the same location. If your order was delivered in multiple packages, please verify the return shipping address on your packing slip located on the top left for accurate information on where to ship the items you wish to return.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges on online orders in store.
- Complete the return portion of your packing slip.
- Package the completed return form and item(s) securely, in the original shipping box or packet if possible. Include your order number on the outside of your return, This is also known as the sales order reference.
- Send the package back either using the Royal Mail or another suitable courier (we recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation to make sure your package arrvies). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How Refunds are processed
Upon receiving and processing your return, you will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including any taxes or processing fees, where applicable. If your package came with a prepaid shipping label, a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will be credited via the original form of payment, two to three days after they are received if returned within 28 days. If original form of payment was a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you within one week.
Please note: The original shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Items not Eligible for Return or Refund
Items not eligible for a Refund:
Clearance, discontinued and holiday/seasonal merchandise (i.e, product no longer available in the store).
Fabric or trim that has been cut, dyed or washed, fabric remnants or Home Décor fabric swatches.
- Books and opened software, including cartridges, CDs, and DVDs, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must e-mail email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, refuse the order and contact us immediately.
